Dezeen Awards - The Final 5!

After being longlisted in the inaugural Dezeen Awards last month, Richard Bell Architecture is delighted to have now reached the final 5 practices in the competition.

Dezeen received over 3,500 entries from 91 different countries for the first Dezeen Awards, which recognises the world's best architecture, interiors and design projects, as well as the individuals and studios with the most impressive output.

Richard Bell Architecture has been shortlisted in the category of Health and Wellness Interior, along with: DAP Architects in Sweden, MEME in Australia, Tsubasa Iwahashi Architects in Japan, and fellow UK practice Stanton Williams.

The shortlist was selected by a panel of judges that included India Mahdavi, Terence Conran, Je Ahn of Studio Weave and Design Haus Liberty founder Dara Huang.

Projects were scored according to three criteria: whether they were beautiful, innovative, and beneficial to people and planet.

The winner of each category will be announced at a ceremony in London later this year and will go on to compete for the interiors project of the year title.
